    Milo
Ruffner
Mike Ruffner is a recently retired FBI
agent in Oregon who is an expert in
"active listening."
As important as reading someone's body
language for detection of deceit, Active
Listening is listening to not only what
is being said, but how it is said, and
in what context. It also involves
determining if what you are hearing is
what the person is saying, or are you
hearing what YOU want to hear.
Active Listening is a developed skill
that will assist you in your
understanding of what a person is really
communicating to you and allow for more
accuracy in your interview
documentation.
