Puget Sound Special
Investigators is a forum to explore issues of mutual interest and
concern; to exchange professional investigation techniques and
information; to promote education and legislation and to encourage
harmonious relations between its members, law enforcement, the
insurance industry and the general public for the sole and common
purpose of addressing the crime of insurance fraud.
PSSI will
not condone any discussion of insurance matters, other than
suspected insurance fraud issues, involving rates, rate structures,
coverage’s, marketing practices, insurance agents or other entities
or any other aspect of operations of insurance companies, either
individually or collectively or which are deemed to be Anti-Trust in
nature nor to any issues relative to prices charged to insurance
companies by service providers.
All PSSI meetings, either
public or private, will be conducted in a professional manner and
all members should be guided by their professional and personal code
of conduct. PSSI, its officers, directors, members, nor speakers
will be legally responsible for any damages, which may result, from
an opinion expressed or for any act or failure to act by another
member and/or company purportedly in reliance with an opinion
expressed.
